On the Waterfront

Photo of Delaware River Waterfront

Penn’s Landing Marina in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a stretch of land that borders the Delaware River.  A recent article in the Philadelphia Inquirer highlighted an exciting new pop-up scheduled to open there in late June.  Spruce Street Harbor Park will be the place to be this summer in Philadelphia with a floating restaurant, art galleries, water garden, walkways, and more.

The article also highlighted other development happenings on Penn’s Landing – of which Metropolitan Acoustics worked on two of them:  Morgan’s Pier, a backyard style beer garden located underneath the Ben Franklin Bridge, and FringeArts headquarters and performance space, the cultural destination in September for three weeks of artistic presentations and programs.
