The date is set! On August 12th, the highly anticipated Four Seasons Philadelphia will be opening their doors ready to pamper weary travelers and hungry diners. Located on the upper 12 floors of the new Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, the luxury hotel is sure to impress with stellar views and signature service. Guests can be treated with a complete slate of amenities including restaurants, bar/lounge, salon, fitness, and a full-service spa. Other spaces include meeting rooms, a banquet hall and event spaces.
Metropolitan Acoustics provided acoustical consultation for all spaces within the hotel. These included interior room acoustics, acoustical isolation, and mechanical system noise and vibration control. As the acoustical consultant, our scope of work included making sure that the sound isolation methods required by the Four Seasons were being properly implemented during construction. We also provided the A/V and technology integration for the voice, data, wireless infrastructure, and other network integration systems throughout the hotel. Not a stranger to Philadelphia, The Four Seasons was previously located near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. That facility is now another stylish hotel – The Logan Philadelphia, and Metropolitan Acoustics was on the design team for that transformation too. Click here for more information.
